La Soufflerie products are truly one of a kind. Each piece is crafted from 100% recycled glass and is defined by its distinctive imperfections, which make every item unique.
Many pieces feature visible pontil marks at the bottom, along with small or larger irregularities—such as bubbles or variations in shape and color—that add to their character and charm. These qualities are not flaws but rather a testament to the craftsmanship behind every creation.
A special detail lies at the bottom of each piece: the pontil mark left by the glassblower’s cane. This mark serves as evidence that the glass was mouth-blown, a traditional process that gives the items their authentic and lively aesthetic.
Please note that due to their handmade nature, each piece may vary in size, shape, and color, with differences of approximately 1–2 cm. These subtle variations make every item a unique work of art, celebrating the beauty of imperfection and handcrafting.

- Hand-poured using an all-natural, unscented vegetable-based wax
- Approximately 10cm high and 8cm wide
- Size & shape will vary (approximately 1cm-2cm) from piece to piece.
- Each order is wrapped and packaged with care.
- For all of our candles and candle holders please blow out your candle before the wick touches the glass.
When using your candle or candlestick holder, ensure the flame doesn't touch the glass. Extinguish the candle when it nears the glass edge. Avoid placing it on cool surfaces like marble to prevent glass cracking. Don't burn the candle entirely; leave 1/2-cm wax to avoid bottom cracking. After use, hand wash with warm water and soap to transform your La Soufflerie piece for reuse!
